East Penn Soccer Club programs promote educational achievement, health and wellness, and character development, while also training youth to develop soccer and athletic skills appropriate to their ages, abilities, and interests.
All camps are run by our Premier/Elite coaches at East Penn Soccer Club and Directors of Coaching. They have been designed to meet the special needs of each individual player based on age and ability. East Penn Soccer Camps are based on a simple coaching principle. Young people learn and develop skills most quickly and effectively when they are having fun. Our main objective is to teach each player how to fully reach their potential as a soccer player.
The EPLW Development Soccer Program was created to introduce players 4-15 years old to the basic skills needed to excel on the field. EPLW runs on a intramural coed format. Practice sessions are twice a week with games on Saturday. The program is focused on providing grassroots coaching and training to those interested in the game of soccer.
Coach Tyler Michael is a life-long athlete and has many years of experience coaching soccer and other youth sports. He enjoys recruiting new players to the East Penn Soccer Club Travel Program and seeing their skills develop in a more competitive environment. He believes the team unity fostered in the travel program is invaluable. Coach Tyler says, “It is always great to see the more established players welcome new players to the teams and help them develop their skills”. When he isn’t coaching, Tyler enjoys running and spending time with his wife and three kids.
