The East Penn Development Soccer Program was created to introduce players 4-15 years old to the basic skills needed to excel on the field.

What we are providing
The East Penn Development Program is a coed intramural soccer program designed to introduce players to the game in a fun, supportive, and development-focused environment. The program features two practice sessions per week and Saturday games, providing players with consistent opportunities to learn and grow. Focused on grassroots coaching and training, the program helps children develop both individual and team skills through age-appropriate drills, small-sided games, and free play. As the foundation of the East Penn competitive pathway, the Development Program prepares players for future advancement while emphasizing enjoyment, confidence, teamwork, and skill development. A large number of our competitive players began their journey with the East Penn Development Program.

Q:
What age groups are eligible to register?
A: Boys and Girls from 4 to 15 Years old are eligible to register.
Q: How much is registration?
A: Registration in the fall is only $95.00. The early bird price is $85 (Must register by June 14th)
Fees Include:
- Up to 8 games
- Pinnies, cones and goals
- Full Uniforms for all players (Jersey, Shorts, and Socks)
- Practice twice a week
- End of year player gift
No refunds will be issued for players deciding not to play after being registered.

Is there a late registration?
A: There will be a late registration after July 6th.
Q:
What is the volunteer fee?
A: An additional per family volunteer fee that will be collected during uniform pick-up. This is a $80 refundable fee that parents/guardians will get back once they have fulfilled a single 3 hour volunteer shift during the season. (Fall Only)
R&K Fundraiser: All players will also be required to participate in an R&K fundraiser. (Minimum of 10 subs/pretzels must be sold or $40 buyout per family) - Coaches will be collecting sub order forms and buyouts.

Can players outside of the League's residential area participate?
A: Yes, there are no residential restrictions to participate in the program.

When does the season start?
A: The season will begin in August and end in October.
Q: When are practices?
A: Practices are held on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 5-7 PM.
Q: When are games played?
A: All games are played on Saturday.

Where are practices and games played?
A: All practices and games are held at the same location, Adams Ricci Park Complex in Enola, PA

When will I be notified of what team my child is on?
A: Rosters are provided to coaches at the coaches meetings the last two weeks in July.
Q:
What equipment is needed for my child?
A: All players are required to wear shin guards and cleats. Each player is also required to have their own Soccer Ball.
Ball Sizes (All balls must have an approximate psi (pound / square inch) of 9.0).
- Ages 12-15: Size 5, 14-16 oz., 27”-28” circumference
- Ages 6-11: Size 4, 12-14 oz., 25”-26” circumference
- Ages 4-5: Size 3, 10-12 oz., 23”-25” circumference
