Ubaldo is a distinguished figure within the soccer community, currently holding the position of East Penn 2011 Elite Boys Head Coach. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Ubaldo assumes pivotal roles as President and Director of Operations at the East Penn Soccer Club (EPSC).


Beyond his contributions to EPSC, Ubaldo boasts an impressive tenure as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Central Penn College from 2014 to 2022. Simultaneously, he excels in his professional career as a Project Manager for the PA State Employees' Retirement System. With a robust background, Ubaldo spent 15 years as a Product Manager with the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency.


Ubaldo's coaching experience spans over two decades, with a notable 21 years of experience in the Central Pennsylvania area. His expertise extends across various age groups, having coached teams from U-5 to U-19. Ubaldo's impact is evident in his successful guidance of players to achieve both high school and collegiate-level success. Notably, he served as the assistant coach for the Central Penn College Men's Soccer Team.


Possessing several Coaching Certifications from the United States Soccer Federation and the United Soccer Coaches association, Ubaldo brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. Beyond EPSC, he extends his influence as President and Director of Operations for the EPLW Youth Soccer Association, a recreational soccer league catering to over 500 players.


Ubaldo's soccer journey is not confined to coaching. While studying abroad at the Naval Academy in Ecuador, he showcased his prowess as a player under professional soccer coaches, securing various championships as a regular starter. His international exposure continued as he played with several Academy Youth Soccer Clubs during his time at the Naval Academy, receiving training from professional league soccer coaches. Impressively, Ubaldo is bilingual in four different languages, further enriching his ability to connect with diverse players and communities.
